Description: A redesigned model which now has a powerful turbo 6 cylinder engine, the 2008 Volvo S80. On this redesigned model you have an option either on a regular 6 cylinder, on a turbo 6, or a V8 engine. The turbo 6 cylinder has 285 horsepower compare to the v8’s 311. They found this turbo to be excellent and lots of passing power. On its cargo area, it has an ample trunk which you may not expect on a car that large. As it has an empty cargo divider that flips up, which helps for only a few stuff to not to scatter all over the trunk while driving. Considering its competitive price, Volvo S80 has a luxurious interior. They really done a great job on this redesigned model. All the materials are soft to touch with a combination of wood and leather materials. The Dash board has its elegant shape, gauges which is very attractive, and a large and middy steering wheel with a big button everywhere. Backseat is not a bad place to be, as its also has an optional climate package, an audio system for rear passengers which really easy to operate. Like the other Volvo its also safe as it can be. As it pass the top safety award from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS). The only luxury automobile in its class who pass on its safety standard. As it has an active header strain on all four seats, which also unusual to other luxury cars, that is why it won an award. A one button to put its rear seats head dress down so you can see if you don’t have back passenger while you are driving. An amazing machine that got an elegant interior, powerful engine and a brilliant safety feature.
